ROKEN staff have completed Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments at locations throughout the U.S., and in Mexico and Canada. We have managed environmental site assessments for single property transfers and for property portfolios for some of the largest financial institutions in the country. We have performed Phase I, Phase II environmental site assessments at properties ranging from undeveloped farmland to large chemical manufacturing facilities.
We provide our clients with experienced, senior-level staff and our rapid- response, national services capabilities at competitive fees. ROKEN performs our work in conformance with current American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Standards and the USEPA All Appropriate Inquiry standards. To meet our client’s specific needs, we also customize the scope of work to include additional assessment items that may not be included in in these standards.
Please note that we provide comprehensive due diligence services including, Property Condition Assessments, Probable Maximum Loss Seismic Study (PML)-for properties in California, and Construction Monitoring, and Reserve Studies.
